Overall Experience
The care and support staff work very hard to ensure the resident’s needs are met. We visit very often and are always made to feel very welcome, nothing is too much trouble.
Although, there is room for improvement in some areas. Placing your loved one in somebody else’s care can be very distressing
but our family have the confidence in the staff at Sunnyhill Care Home and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
