Overall Experience
The moment my brother and I walked into Sunnyhill we knew this was the place for our mum. The warm welcome and cosy atmosphere gives Sunnyhill a lovely, homely feel. The whole place is kept beautifully clean and smells lovely and fresh. You could tell by the way the staff were talking to the residents
that Mum would always have someone to help with her needs.
Mum has been at Sunnyhill for five weeks now and has settled in really well. She is so happy and content and is eating far better than when she was living on her own. The staff arrange various activities for the residents but there is no pressure if they don’t want to join in. I know Mum really enjoys the word games.
